Taste our beetroot, tomatoes, carrots, green beans, leeks, radishes, lettuce, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cucumber
and courgettes, just to mention a few. Or the famous "Sweet
Onion" of the Cévennes used to make our chutneys and in
our paté végétales.(Shitake-paté)
Just over the vegetable plot, there are two gigantic walnut
trees and we use the nuts in our bread. It is under these
trees that our gentle—none of us has ever been stung!—bees
do their thing in their hives.
